I have some experience, having looked after my uncle's boat for a couple
of years when I was 17. It was an old-style tug, and although I didn't
live on it (it had no electricity or running water), I have experience
of using and manoeuvring boats from that. Having said that, my
experience of a liveaboard boat is less limited (i.e. electricity, gas,
pump outs etc but am keen to get to grips with it all)
