My name is Andrew Saffin, I am 48 year old professional person working in the HVCA industry being with my current employer for 4 Years.

I have two children, Andrea (21)who is studying at Solent University and rents a house in Southampton with her fellow students and Craig (19) who works in Bedford and lives with his young lady in Welwyn Garden City.

Now that my children have left the nest I would dearly love to find a boat in which to live on, I have been boating on the Norfolk Broads for the last 5 years and love the river and boat life!

The thought of the lazy summer days and evenings and the cosy winter nights is my ideal lifestyle.

I appreciate that it would be someone's property and would respect this fact and would add that my kids call me a neat freak and believe that I may suffer from OCD due to my intense hatred of untidiness and dirt!
